If a baby often sleeps face down, will the position cause trouble?
We prefer for a baby to sleep most of the time on the abdomen, with periodic changes to other positions. When a baby does sleep on the abdomen, there should be no pillow or blankets under his head, and the sheet under him should be pulled tight.
